PHILADELPHIA – Seven different student-athletes figured in the scoring column and The College of Saint Rose posted its second consecutive clean sheet to open the season with today's 4-0 victory at #8 Jefferson University.

The Golden Knights (2-0) engineered a 20-4 shot advantage, including a 10-0 differential in shots-on-target, and put themselves in the driver's seat behind two goals in the opening six minutes.

Lundy headed home a Leggiero corner for what proved to the game-winner with a mere 3:02 expired and Mueller converted a penalty kick a little over two minutes later to make a 2-0 affair.

Durle made it 3-0 after collecting a Klammer throw-in and lofting her volley over Jefferson goalkeeper Liv Riddel's head with 2:02 gone by in the second period. Boucher then knocked home a rebound at the 82:24 mark to close out the scoring.

Looking ahead, Saint Rose is scheduled to play its Northeast-10 Conference opener next Sunday at Saint Anselm. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 pm in Manchester, N.H. Meanwhile, the Rams have a 7:00 pm road Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference date at Holy Family.
