RATTIGAN SCORES TWICE VS. #3 LE MOYNE

Visiting Dolphins Defeat Saint Rose 18-3

ALBANY, N.Y. – The College of Saint Rose sophomore midfielder Eileen Rattigan scored two goals this afternoon vs. #3 Le Moyne. The visiting Dolphins swam out to a 13-1 halftime lead on their way to an 18-3 Northeast-10 Conference victory on a rainy, 35 degree and windy day at the Plumeri Sports Complex.
 
Freshman midfielder Daria Bock netted the other Saint Rose marker, while sophomore goalie Madeline Yeung and freshman goalie Dorothy Gaffney combined to make six saves.
 
Le Moyne (10-0/10-0 NE10), boasting the top defense in the conference, received four points apiece from senior midfielder Lauren Ferris and attacker Sidney Hall, a grad student.
 
Looking ahead, Saint Rose (1-9/1-9 NE10) is scheduled to conclude its regular season next Wednesday at #12 Adelphi. The action is set to emanate from Garden City, N.Y. at 6:00 pm.  Meanwhile, Le Moyne is slated to visit #17 Pace University on Saturday at 4:00 pm.
