MANCHESTER, N.H. - The College of Saint Rose struck in the 36th minute and then efficiently held off host Southern New Hampshire in today's 1-1 Northeast-10 Conference draw.

Josh Elliott finished a pass from junior midfielder
Kevin Winglosky at the 35:11 mark to afford the Golden Knights (2-4-2/1-2-1 NE10) a 1-0 lead until the Penmen evened it with 72:26 expired. Sophomore midfielder Luca Shubitidze touched home a pass from fifth year forward Michael Goncalves for what proved to be the game's final strike.

Freshman keeper
Tomas Rozman recorded six saves in his third career start for Saint Rose. He came up with a key one when he dove to his right with four minutes left in regulation to deny the Penmen's freshman forward Alexander Reitman who delivered a dangerous shot from 20-yards out.

Overall, Southern New Hampshire engineered a 7-1 shot-on-goal advantage and delivered six corners, while yielding a pair to the Golden Knights.

Looking ahead, both sides have conference matches ahead of them for Wednesday. Saint Rose travels to Syracuse to take on Le Moyne at 4:00 pm, while the Penmen make their way to Springfield to meet American International at 7:00 pm.
