ALBANY, N.Y. –The College of Saint Rose was outscored 6-2 in the third quarter of today's 14-9 setback to visiting Southern New Hampshire. Senior attack
Carter Badour led the Golden Knights (1-3/0-2 NE10) with four goals in the Northeast-10 Conference game, which was held at Bob Ford Field at Casey Stadium on the University at Albany campus.

Nicolas Johnson was 23-for-26 on the face-offs on the day. He gathered up 17 groundballs to lead all participants. Sophomore goalie
Matthew Gill stopped a career-high 23 shots in defeat.
Sophomore midfielder Cole Jacobsen led Southern New Hampshire (2-2/1-0 NE10) with seven points, five goals and two assists. Freshman goalie Alex Sturgess recorded 18 saves to earn the win.
Badour's second of the game gave Saint Rose a 4-1 lead early in the second period. From there, the Penmen netted 11 of the next 13 goals to take control.
Both teams have Saturday afternoon NE10 home games up next. The Golden Knights host top-ranked and defending national champion Merrimack at 1:00 pm. Meanwhile, SNHU hosts #8 Pace at noon.
