PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – The College of Saint Rose dropped today's Northeast-10 Conference matinee at #6 Pace, 23-4.
The Golden Knights (2-6/1-5 NE10), who had four individuals score a goal, trailed 11-1 at the half.
Senior attack Daniel Keenan led the Setters (7-1/3-1 NE10), who came in off Wednesday's 13-9 setback at top-ranked Adelphi, with two goals and five assists. Attack Connor Vercruysse, a graduate student, found the back of the net five times as Pace improved to 5-0 at home.
Both teams have NE10 road games Tuesday afternoon. Saint Rose travels to Colchester, Vt. to play Saint Michael's at 3:30 pm. The Setters head to Springfield for a date with American International.
