The Golden Knights (1-0-1) generated a 4-1 shot differential throughout the first overtime session and junior forward
Nina Predanic rattled the post in the 37th minute to provide the tense match added drama, but ultimately neither side found the back of the net.

Marika Laurendeau recorded eight saves for Saint Rose, while junior Kelsey Brinkel registered seven for the Redhawks (1-1-1).

Looking ahead, Saint Rose plays its 2018 home opener Wednesday versus Caldwell. Kickoff is set for 6:00 pm. Meanwhile, Roberts Wesleyan has a 1:00 pm date Saturday at Post University in Waterbury, Conn.
