ALBANY-American International scored the game-winner 1:14 into overtime to upend The College of Saint Rose 2-1 in tonight's Northeast-10 Conference action at Sullivan Field at the Plumeri Sports Complex.

Morgan Burchhardt scored for the Golden Knights (2-2-1/0-2-0 NE10) and junior keeper
Marika Laurendeau recorded a season-high nine saves.

Freshman midfielder Annlina Sankoh accounted for the game-winner, while senior midfielder Frederica Frew had a goal and set up Sankoh on a restart by delivering a low feed that the former ran onto in the area, before slipping a shot inside the left post.

Frew put the Yellow Jackets (3-2-0/1-1-0 NE10) up 1-0 in the 67
th minute when she intercepted a clearing attempt and drove a shot from 15-yards out to the low left side. Burchhardt leveled it 17 minutes later when she delivered a beautiful free kick that curled over a wall of AIC players and into the top-left corner.

Looking ahead, both sides have conference home dates Saturday. The Golden Knights face Southern Connecticut State at 2:00 pm, while the Yellow Jackets meet Franklin Pierce at 5:00 pm.
