DINWIDDIE, VA.–The College of Saint Rose dropped both ends of Saturday's twin-bill to East Stroudsburg at Shepherd Stadium. The Golden Knights fell 23-4 in the opener and 6-4 in the finale.

The Warriors (4-3) scored six runs in the top half of the first inning of the opener and then got a game-winning home run in the bottom half of the seventh of the second game.

Freshman catcher
Samuel Brioso went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI, sophomore designated hitter
Brandon Wilson finished 2-for-2, sophomore second baseman
Andrew Pedone homered and senior third baseman
Joe Foran had an RBI base hit to lead the Golden Knights (1-2) in the opener.

In the nightcap, senior catcher
Tom Moore finished 2-for-2 while junior left-hander
Greg Musk fanned seven throughout 6.0 innings of work in a no-decision outing.

Looking ahead, both teams wrap up their weekend residency in Dinwiddie County today. The Golden Knights have a 1:30 pm date with Jefferson University, while the Warriors have an 11:00 am meeting with Indiana (PA).
