ONEONTA, N.Y.–The College of Saint Rose was back in the pool for this afternoon's home opener a mere 24 hours and 100 miles removed from yesterday's meet at SUNY Oneonta to face a deep Bentley University squad. The Golden Knights dug in to record seven victories in the men's competition and four more on the women's side at Robison Pool on the Rensselaer campus.

Meanwhile, the visiting Falcons kept their unblemished dual record intact by chalking up a 186-108 victory in the men's team competition and a 210-82 win on the women's side to improve to 3-0 thus far.

Junior
Aleksandar Stosik won three individual races and fellow junior
Roko Jelavic touched first twice and was part of the 400-yard medley quartet that swam a winning time of 3:35.11.

For the Saint Rose women, sophomore Colleen Quaglia and junior Gabrialla Ficano won two races apiece.

Stosik swam the 50 and 100 freestyles in 21.92 and 47.37, and hit the wall first with a 100 backstroke clocking of 53.34. Jelavic swam winning 100 and 200 breaststroke times of 59.94 and 2:11.44. Junior
Charles Nicholas won the 100 butterfly in 50.96 and along with Jelavic, and seniors

Ficano won the 100 and 200 breaststrokes in 1:08.68 and 2:29.38 respectively, while Ficano won the 100 back in 1:00.03 and the 200 fly in 2:13.16.

Looking ahead, the Golden Knights return to Robison Poll next Sunday to face host Rensselaer at 1:00 pm.
