MANSFIELD, Mass.- James Henriques, Delroy Tyrrell, and The College of Saint Rose men's 200-yard medley relay were each honored with respective weekly awards from the Northeast-10 Conference for the period ending Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Henriques was named the NE10 Swimmer of the Week after he claimed first place in both the 50-yard freestyle (21.85 seconds) and the 50-yard butterfly (23.15) on Friday at Mount Saint Mary. Tyrrell took the win in the 50-yard backstroke at Mount Saint Mary, as he logged a winning-mark of 24.12 seconds. He also landed on the podium with a third-place result in the 50 freestyle (22.10).

Henriques and Tyrrell were also part of two winning relay teams for the Golden Knights, as the pair helped Saint Rose win the 200 medley and 500 freestyle relays. The 200 medley grouping, which included Eduardo Sarmiento and Aldemar Alikavazovic, was the recipient of the league's Relay of the Week award after posting a time of 1:38.00.
