MANCHESTER, N.H.-The College of Saint Rose held a nationally ranked team at bay for the second time in a week only to fall late after host and #18 Southern New Hampshire converted a penalty kick in the 84
th minute to provide the difference in tonight's Northeast-10 Conference clash.
 
The Penmen (11-2-2/7-2-2 NE10) manufactured an 18-3 shot advantage that the Golden Knights kept at bay until the late going when sophomore midfielder Nadjib Chibout converted the PK to provide the difference for the host Penmen.
 
Saint Rose (7-6-1/4-6-1 NE10), which fell 2-0 to visiting #13 Adelphi Wednesday evening after the visitors struck twice in the final 13 minutes, held tight once again before falling a mere goal short for the fifth time this autumn.
 
Freshman keeper 
Ryan Henning recorded four saves for the Golden Knights in his first collegiate start, while senior Daniel Milton recorded a pair of saves for Southern New Hampshire.
 
Looking ahead, both sides have 7:00 pm road conference matches Tuesday. Saint Rose faces Southern Connecticut State in New Haven, while Southern New Hampshire meets Merrimack in North Andover, Mass.
