SYRACUSE–The College of Saint Rose dropped a
Northeast-10 Conference game at Le Moyne, 6-0, this afternoon.
The Dolphins (24-16/8-9 NE10) got on the board first in the
Upstate Challenge contest when freshman infielder Jillian McManus hit a three-run home run in the second.
Le Moyne added to its lead with a pair of runs in the fourth and another in the fifth.
Junior infielders
Jadyn Costello and
Taylor Solomon each had a hit for the Golden Knights (10-22/8-9 NE10).
Next on the schedule for Saint Rose is a home NE10 doubleheader versus Southern Connecticut State on Friday. The first game is scheduled for 4pm. The Dolphins play a pair on Friday vs. New Haven, starting at 2pm.
