ALBANY–The College of Saint Rose rallied from two sets down and appeared poised to extend the match with a 24-21 lead in the third, but host Bentley rattled off seven of the final nine points to complete the sweep (25-21, 25-20, 28-26) in
Northeast-10 Conference action tonight.

Senior middle hitters
Maryellen Devic and
Jennifer Gundrum recorded eight and seven kills respectively to propel the Golden Knights (9-12/4-5 NE-10) offense, while senior libero
Samantha Atchinson led the defensive effort behind 12 digs in the back.

Meanwhile, sophomore setter
Sam Kubik and senior setter
Erica Ziskin passed out 31 assists collectively, while junior right side hitter
Cara Kullman contributed six kills and a match high four blocks.

Senior outside hitter Lauren Van Buren put down 15 kills and came up with three digs to pace the Falcons (10-14/7-3 NE-10) effort.

Looking ahead, both teams are back in action tomorrow. Saint Rose heads to Easton, MA to take on Stonehill at 1:00 pm, while Bentley hosts Le Moyne at 1:00 pm as well.
