ALBANY-The College of Saint Rose fell 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-23) at
Northeast-10 Conference rival New Haven on Tuesday night.

Senior outside hitter
Maryellen Devic totaled 13 kills and 10 digs, while junior middle hitter
Maddy Halverson finished with six kills, two service aces and four digs to lead the Golden Knights (7-10/2-4 NE-10).

New Haven (10-5/5-0) jumped out to a 10-1 lead in the opening set before Saint Rose used a 10-0 run to even the frame at 13-13. The Chargers later used a four point spurt to turn a 20-18 lead into a 24-18 advantage that ultimately led to a 1-0 cushion.

Neither team led by more than three points in the second game until New Haven used a late 6-0 run to put it out of reach for Saint Rose. In the third set, Saint Rose led 7-1 and 15-10, but the Chargers sealed the victory by closing out the frame on a 15-8 push.

Junior setter
Cara Kullman dished out a team-best 17 assists and senior defensive specialist
Samantha Atchinson totaled 20 digs for the fifth time this season.

For New Haven, senior outside hitter Meghan Kennelly finished with a match-high 15 kills behind a .306 attack percentage.

Up next, the Golden Knights will host Franklin Pierce at 7:00 pm on Friday night before taking on Southern New Hampshire and LIU Post on Saturday at 12:00 and 4:00 pm respectively inside the Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium.
