WILMINGTON, Del.-Trailing by five late in the third period on Sunday afternoon, The College of Saint Rose closed the game on a 33-11 run to defeat host Goldey-Beacom, 63-46, in a non-league contest held inside the Jones Center.

The Golden Knights trailed 35-30 before embarking on a crucial 12-0 run to take a 42-35 lead with 9:24 remaining in regulation. Saint Rose (8-4) outscored Goldey-Beacom (3-12) in the fourth quarter, 25-11, and shot 10-for-14 (71.4 percent) in the period while limiting the Lightning to 3-of-17 shooting to secure the victory.

Junior forward
Staci Barrett recorded a game-high 14 points to go along with eight rebounds, two blocks and two assists. Senior guard
Keyontae Williams racked up 13 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Sophomore guard
Britani Stowe scored in double figures for the third time in the last five games with 11 points on Sunday. She also tallied five rebounds, two assists and one steal.

The Golden Knights shot 43.9 percent, while limiting the host Lightning to 33.3 percent (18-for-54). It is the third game in a row they have held opponents to less than 35.0 percent shooting.

Sophomore forward Britani Bryson recorded eight points and a team-best nine rebounds for Goldey-Beacom.
