WALTHAM, MA-The College of Saint Rose splits today's dual meet at Bentley University with the men prevailing 131-100 and the women suffering a 147-94 setback.

Senior Jordan Gregg, and juniors Luciano DeSouza and Elie McRae each won two events to lead the men's contingent.

Gregg won the 200-yard freestyle and the 200 breaststroke in 1:48.47 and 2:18.79 respectively, DeSouza touched first in the 50 and 100 freestyles with 21.92 and 48.66 performances, and McRae won the 200 individual medley and 200 butterfly in respective times of 1:59.84 and 1:59.00.

Furthermore, senior Timothy Wilson won the 500 free in 4:56.12 and his classmate Eric Howard hit the wall first with a 500 free time of 4:56.12.

Howard, McRae and DeSouza were also part of the winning 200 medley relay squad, along with freshman Trevor Attile, that set a meet record of 1:37.58.

For the women, sophomore Gabriana Beckford and junior Olivia Reinhardt won the 200 and 1000 freestyles with respective times of 2:02.50 and 11:16.37, while junior Shannon Walsh swam a winning 200 breast time of 2:28.29.

Reinhardt and Walsh also formed half of the winning 200 medley relay team, along with sophomore Jessica McMillen and junior Rachel Leombruno, that touched in 1:56.12.

Looking ahead, the Golden Knights return home next Saturday, November 21 to host Le Moyne College. The meet is scheduled to get underway at 1:00 pm at Robison Pool on the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute campus.
