Spring Tennis Fest.

Each doubles match was decided by an 8-3 score in favor of Malone. Sophomore
Paige Southwick teamed with junior
Maggie Moran for the Golden Knights (0-10) in the first singles flight against Malone (3-17) sophomores Asia Harris and Anna Musiyenko. In the second doubles flight, juniors
Alyssa Haddad and
Megan Stacklum were bettered by senior Janelle Linder and junior Christine Miller. Meanwhile, the third flight duo of junior
Ashley Cunningham and freshman
Gabriella Pizzanelli fell to freshman Ana Hernandez and senior Kaley Kahoun.

In singles competition during the sixth flight, Haddad was upended 6-3, 6-1 by Miller. Furthermore, Moran was defeated 6-0, 6-2 in the third flight by Hernandez.

The Golden Knights return to action at the Spring Fest tomorrow to face Wilkes University at 3:00 pm. Meanwhile, Malone faces Brevard on Thursday for an 8:00 am match.
