NORTH ANDOVER, MA–Playing for a second straight day, The College of Saint Rose was unable to get going at host Merrimack College, falling 9-0 earlier this afternoon in
Northeast-10 Conference action.

Gabriella Pizzanelli were able to fight for two points in the first doubles flight, but fell 8-2 in the end.
The Warriors were able to control play in all singles competition flights and did not allow more than one point to the Golden Knights in any match.
Looking ahead, the Golden Knights will entertain conference rival New Haven next Sunday, October 6 at 1:00 pm. The meeting will mark the 2013-14 home opener for Saint Rose.
