Sophomore middle hitter
Kelly Ryan recorded nine kills, while freshman outside hitter
Marilyn Glamack and junior right side hitter
Jaclyn Griffin added seven apiece to lead the Golden Knights' scoring attack. Ryan also added a match-high four blocks, while Glamack had nine digs.
Freshman setter

Mary German recorded 20 digs.
For the host Eagles (1-4), junior outside hitter Kerry Smith recorded a “double-double” with 13 kills and 14 digs.
Saint Rose scored 10 of the final 13 points to take the second set and then maintained its momentum with a 10-point victory in the third set. In the fourth, the Golden Knights bounced back from a 16-11 deficit although it took one of senior defensive specialist Danielle Gaudio's four aces on the evening to forge the first tie at 23-23. Saint Rose then forced Post into back-to-back attacking errors to seal the victory.
The Golden Knights will take part in the East Stroudsburg University Tournament later this week. Saint Rose will face both Philadelphia University and Clarion on Friday, and will then meet Shepherd and the host Warriors on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Eagles have a week off before visiting the University of New Haven next Wednesday.
