Howard was part of a pair of winning 200-yard medley relay teams and also won five events throughout two meets this past week. He won both the 100 and 200 backstrokes in respective times of 53.27 and 1:45.86 at SUNY Oneonta on Friday, November 7. He then won both of those events again and also touched first in 100 butterfly with a time of 1:58.48 versus Bentley on Sunday, November 9.
