Krok led the Golden Knights with three top-two finishes, including a winning 100-yard butterfly time of 55.85, in a dual meet at Southern Connecticut State on Saturday. Krok was the runner-up in the 100 free (50.40), the 200 IM (2:08.18) and the 200 medley relay (1:41.91).
