GENERAL: Moving to the outside hitter position after two years as a middle hitter…Brings a very aggressive attack, strong block and experience to the offense…Vocal floor leader…Coming off an appearance in the Empire State Games where she played in the open volleyball division for the Hudson Valley Region…Member of both the Pine Bush and Whoosh Volleyball Clubs…Mentioned Mickey Mantle as the athlete she most admires…Said her mother is a person who has had a great influence on her…Her hobbies include basketball and softball…Favorite food is pasta.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in 49 games…Finished with 98 kills and 35 blocks for the year…Came up with a career-high six digs in a 3-1 loss at UMass Lowell (10/5/07)…Pounded out a season-high 10 kills in a 3-1 triumph over Saint Michael’s (9/15/07) and a 3-0 sweep at Southern Connecticut State (9/21/07)…Closed out the regular season by hitting .273 with nine kills and three blocks in a 3-1 loss versus American International (11/3/07).

AS A FRESHMAN: Saw action in 107 games…Finished third on the squad with 85 total blocks and was fifth with 162 kills…Recorded a career-high 14 kills in a 3-1 victory over Le Moyne (11/4/06) in the semifinal round of the NE-10 Tournament…Registered 13 kills the previous day to guide the Golden Knights to a 3-0 win over Merrimack (11/3/06) in first round action…Came up with a career-high seven blocks on two occasions, the most recent coming in a 3-1 triumph versus Merrimack (10/20/06).

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a first-team OCIAA selection and a section IX All-Star…Also earned second-team class "AA" All-State honors…Was a member of the Empire State Team…Was part of two section IX and regional championship squads…Team also qualified for state ‘AA’ semifinals in those years…Team captain…Also lettered in softball and basketball…Played volleyball for Lori Kachelmeyer.
