AS A SOPHOMORE (2022 OUTDOOR): Recorded an 800-meter mark of 2:57.83 at Springfield (4/9/22)…Crossed the line in 6:13.07 at RPI (4/30/22).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22 INDOOR): Registered 2:54.40 in the 800m at SUNY Brockport (2/4/22)…Clocked a mile time of 6:25.46 in the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11/21). 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021 XC): Finished 5k in 23:31.3 at UAlbany (10/15/21)…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Finished the 800 meter run in 2:54.46 at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (4/25)...Completed 1500m in 6:01.83 at Saint Peter's (4/7)...Made the Northeast-10 Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20 Indoor): Ran 800m in 2:54.76 at Utica (2/1)...Completed 1000m in 3:40.40 at Utica (2/8)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019 XC): Completed 5k in 22:31.1 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/18)...Finished the NCAA East Region Championships 6k in 28:51.4 (11/9)...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Raiders...Won the Cleary Award...Received a citation for academic achievement...National Honors Society Member.
