GENERAL: Team captain for the third consecutive year…Transferred from Herkimer Community College three years ago…Is expected to start behind the plate…Will again most likely bat in the middle of the order…Said his late grandfather George P. AS A JUNIOR: Played in 31 games and started 20, all but three of which were at catcher…Batted .254 (18-for-71) and finished second on the team with three home runs…Had four multi-hit games…Batted at a .412 clip (7-for-17) throughout his final five games of the season…Went 3-for-4 with a home run in the season finale at Upstate Challenge rival Le Moyne (4/1/14)…Finished 2-for-4 with five RBI in an 17-11 setback versus Southern Connecticut State (4/27/14)…Went 2-for-3 and scored a pair of runs in an 8-7 defeat to visiting Adelphi (4/13/14)…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
