GENERAL: One of the team’s top returning upperclassmen…Said her parents are the people who have influenced her the most…Enjoys dancing…Captured the 10,000m at the Northeast-10 Conference Track & Field Championships last spring in a meet record time of 39:30.33.

AS A JUNIOR: Was the top Saint Rose runner at four meets…Third-team NE-10 All-Conference performer…Took fourth overall at the Shacklette Invitational (9/13/08) in a time of 20:37.3, just 24 seconds off the winning pace…Was sixth in the 5k portion of the Williams Purple Valley Classic (9/27/08) behind a 21:01 clocking…Was the first Saint Rose runner across at the NE-10 Championship (10/25/08) after breaking her personal 5k mark by 21 seconds with a 19:37 clocking…Finished 13th at the Golden Knights Joust (9/6/08) in a time of 20:15…Wound up 29th among 166 participants at the NCAA East Regional (11/9/08) after completing the 6k course in 24:24.7.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Won the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational (9/1/07) after completing the 6,000-meter course in 25:09…Was subsequently named NE-10 Co-Athlete of the Week (9/3/07)…Was first among Saint Rose competitors in four of the eight meets she participated in…Finished 27th at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/3/07) behind a 6k time of 24:34…Established a season-best at the 5k distance after clocking a 19:57 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/12/07)…Took third place at the Bryant Invitational (9/22/07) behind a 5k time of 20:51…Team MVP.

AS A FRESHMAN: Was the top Saint Rose finisher on three occasions throughout the season…Captured first at the second annual Golden Knights Joust (10/6/06) after covering the 5k terrain in a season-best time of 19:58…Took third against Union and Hamilton (9/9/06) with a time of 20:24…Crossed the line in 22:02 at the Le Moyne Invitational (9/30/06) en route to a 26th place finish…Also took 34th at the NE-10 Championship (10/22/06) with a 20:35 clocking.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran indoor and outdoor track in addition to cross country at Colonie…Cleary Award winner as senior…Named the team’s Rookie of the Year as a freshman…Was coached by Frank Myers.
