GENERAL: Granted a “red-shirt” in 2009…Is thus a senior academically…Plays summer ball for the Penfield Cobras…Said winning a sectional title was her best sports moment…Would like to become a teacher…Works as a counselor for a recreation program in her hometown during the summer months…Enjoys going to the movies and listening to music…Listed Derek Jeter as the athlete she admires most…Dean’s List student…Member of Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society for educators.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Started 28 of the 31 games she played in…Hit .227 (17-for-75) with nine runs, six RBI and five walks…Was 1-for-2 with a two-run single in a 9-8 loss versus Mansfield (3/7/11)…Had an RBI single and scored a run in a 10-8 win versus East Stroudsburg (3/8/11)…Hit safely in back-to-back doubleheaders at New Haven (3/26/11) and versus Pace (3/29/11)…Ended up 2-for-4 with a stolen base against Adelphi (4/21/11)…Contributed an RBI single in a 5-3 triumph versus Stonehill (4/30/11)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.

AS A FRESHMAN: Made 10 starts and played in 23 games total…Slapped a single in her lone at-bat and scored a run in a 16-0 win at Saint Michael’s (4/18/10)…Finished 2-for-4 with a double and scored a run in a 3-2 triumph at Franklin Pierce (4/19/10)…Worked a walk and scored in a 5-3 victory over Le Moyne (4/29/10).

AS A FRESHMAN: Did not dress in 2009…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the soccer, bowling and softball teams at Waterloo…Won a section V title with the Indians…Second-team All-Conference selection…Also named to the section V All-Tournament team and was a Coaches Award winner.
