ABOUT MILKA: Squad’s top returning scorer for the second consecutive year…Also the top returning rebounder…Named a preseason All-American by Division II Bulletin…Should once again have a prominent role in the frontcourt as a viable low post threat…Is only eight points shy of becoming just the 27th player in Golden Knights annals to score 1,000 career points…High school teammate of senior guard Kareem Thomas.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Saw action in all 26 contests and made one start…Averaged 12.0 points and 5.9 rebounds during 22.5 minutes of playing time…Shot 49.8 percent (119-for-239) from the floor, the NE-10’s 16th best mark…His 66 offensive rebounds placed him 10th among the league leaders…Was twice named to the NE-10 weekly honor roll (11/14/11 & 1/9/12)…Finished in double-figures scoring 17 times and twice tossed in 20 or more points…Registered four “double-doubles”…Was the team’s leading scorer on four occasions and its top rebounder nine times…Tossed in a career-high 31 points, behind 12-for-20 shooting from the floor, and hauled in six rebounds in a 97-83 loss to visiting LIU Post (11/13/11)…Finished with 19 points and a then career-high 14 rebounds in a 60-55 setback to visiting Assumption (2/14/12)…Had 15 points and 12 boards during a 74-64 defeat at Saint Anselm (1/3/12)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.

AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in all 31 contests…Was the team’s top reserve scorer…Averaged 5.4 points and 4.3 rebounds throughout 16.1 minutes of playing time…Also averaged 0.6 blocks…Had a season-high 13 points to go with six rebounds in an 86-70 victory versus Concordia (11/21/10)…Tossed in a dozen points in a 90-64 win versus Assumption (11/17/10) and again in an 81-69 triumph at New Haven (12/1/10)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead the Royals to both the New York State class “AA” federation and state championships as well the CHSAA title four years ago…Named third-team All-City in both 2009 and 2010…Also part of BWI Tournament championship team…The Royals furthermore won both the BQ and the BQ Diocesan championships.

GENERAL: Played AAU for the Metro Hawks and coach Kenny Pretlow…Listed his parents as the people who have had the most influence on him…Favorite movie is “Coach Carter”…Favorite food is stuffed cabbage…Aspires to play professional basketball upon his graduation from Saint Rose.
