AS A FRESHMAN (2022 OUTDOOR): Earned season-best marks in the 1500-meter (4:22.20) and 3000m (9:36.86) at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30/22)…Completed the mile in 4:44.02 at Southern New Hampshire (4/16/22)…Crossed in 16:10.07 in the 5000m at UAlbany (4/23/22).

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22 INDOOR): Finished 1000m in 2:49.64 at Cornell (2/19/22)…Clocked a mile time of 4:50.71 at the Utica Holiday Classic (12/11/21)…Crossed the line in 16:45.42 in the 5000m at the Utica Blue & White Invitational (1/29/22).

AS A FRESHMAN (2021 XC): Finished 8k in 28:54 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/24/21)...Earned a top-100 finish in the NCAA East Region Championship with a 10k time of 35:41.0 (11/6/21).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21): Did not compete...Made the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester.
