Steve Alhona enters his first year as an assistant coach for The College of Saint Rose baseball program.
Prior to coming to Saint Rose, Alhona served as the head coach for the Sullivan Spartans of the Hudson Valley Collegiate Baseball League for the past three summers and also helped develop the Northeast (PA) Pride 17U Showcase Team.
Alhona has served as an assistant baseball coach at Virginia Wesleyan College, Georgetown University, and Marist College.
Alhona holds a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from Chowan University. (NC). He resides in Kingston, NY with his wife.
