GENERAL: Transferred from Herkimer County Community College two years ago…Will be used as a starter and will furthermore have a primary role out of the bullpen…Should see some time at short as well…Said his father is the person who has had the greatest influence on his life…Aspires to receive his doctorate in physical therapy upon his graduation from Saint Rose.

AS A JUNIOR: Started nine games at short, one at second another at the DH slot…Won his first four starts of the year…Finished 4-2 with a 5.44 ERA…Made seven starts and one relief appearance on the year…Fanned 28 and walked 10 throughout 46.1 innings of work…His 10 walks allowed were the fewest allowed among NE-10 statistical qualifiers…Fanned eight and did not allow a walk over the 9.0 inning distance in a 6-5 victory versus Philadelphia (3/12/11)…Scattered five hits throughout 6.1 innings of work to collect the win during a 3-1 victory versus conference rival Merrimack (4/9/11).

AT HERKIMER COUNTY CC: Named a 2010 NJCAA All-American after he hit .347 with three homers and 35 RBI throughout 40 games in 2010…Helped lead the Generals to the NJCAA World Series…Was subsequently named to the Word Series All-Tournament Team…Led the team with 23 walks and was also hit by six pitches that helped produce an impressive .462 on-base percentage…Also pitched in seven games, making three starts…Went 5-0 with a 2.88 ERA…Recorded 11.78 strikeouts per-nine innings…Hit .358 with 34 RBI and two home runs as a freshman in 2009.

HIGH SCHOOL: Highly decorated athlete at Whitesboro where he played for Bill DeCoursey…Named the 2007 and 2008 Tri-Valley League Player of the Year…2008 All-State selection as a shortstop…Named to the 2007 All-CNY Team…Honored as the 2006 TVL Newcomer of the Year.
