The College of Saint Rose is located between Western and Madison Avenues in Albany.

From the North: Take the Northway (I-87 South) to I-90. Proceed east on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the exit ramp, turn right onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. At the second light, turn left onto Route 5 (Central Avenue). Continue through four lights and then turn right onto North Main Avenue. Proceed on North Main for three blocks, then turn left onto Western Avenue. The Events and Athletics Center is located approximately one-half mile on the right side.
From the South: Take the New York State Thruway to exit 23 (I-787). Proceed north on I-787 to I-90 West. Continue traveling west on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.
From the East: From the East, take the Massachusetts Turnpike to the New York State Thruway, get off at exit B-1 (I-90 West). Proceed on I-90 to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.
From the West: From the West, take exit 24 off the New York State Thruway and proceed on I-90 East to exit 5 (Everett Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Everett Road and look for the signs for The College of Saint Rose. Follow directions listed above.

Take Exit 6A to Interstate 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn Right onto Southern Boulevard at the light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at the light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the North (Route 87 Heading South)
Take Exit 7 off of Route 87 South. Merge onto Route 7 East towards Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto Route 787 South. Go to end towards Route 9W (Exit 1). Turn right onto Southern Boulevard at Light. Go approximately 100 yards and turn left at the light. Make an Immediate right. Go approximately 50 yards and turn left on Frisbee Avenue. Complex will be on your left.
From the South (Route 87 Heading North)
Take Exit 23 (Interstate 787/U.S. 9W) towards Albany/Troy. Take Exit 1 (U.S. 9W North towards Albany). Turn left onto Southern Boulevard. Go approximately 100 yards and turn right at the light. Directions to Campus: From Route 7 East, make a right turn on to 15th Street. Follow 15th Street about 1/2 mile to campus. Once you're at the campus, you can park in the Visitors Information Center parking lot located just past the pedestrian bridge on your left. The Crossings of Colonie
The Crossings of Colonie is approximately a 15 minute drive (8 miles) from the Saint Rose campus.
For Point-to-Point Directions use 580 Albany-Shaker Road; Colonie, NY
From the North: Take the Northway (I-87) Nouth to Exit 4 (Albany Airport). Make a left onto Albany-Shaker Road. The park is one half mile on your right.
From the South: Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 24. After the tolls take the Northway (I-87) North towards Montreal. Get off on Exit 4 (Albany Airport) and stay in the middle turn lane going left. This will put you on Wolf Road briefly-stay to your right. Make a quick right onto Albany-Shaker Road. The park is one half mile on your right.

From the Albany International Airport: Exit the airport by heading East on Albany Shaker Road. The park will be on your right approximately 1 mile from the airport.

University at Albany
The University at Albany is about a 5 minute drive from the Saint Rose campus.

Traveling West (right hand turn out of the parking lot across from the Saint Rose Events and Athletics Center) on Western Avenue (Route 20) you will continue beyond Saint Rose 1-2 miles and pass the NY State Offices on your right. Continue on Western until you see the signs for the University on your right. Enter and take a left onto Perimeter Road. You will see the athletic fields and the RACC athletic facilities parking lot.
