AS A JUNIOR (2022 OUTDOOR): Completed 3000-meters in 11:11.76 at the RPI Capital District Classic (4/30/22)…Crossed the line in 19:04.23 in the 5000m at the UAlbany Spring Classic (4/23/22).

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22 INDOOR): Clocked 2:35.28 in the 800m at Cornell (2/19/22)…Finished the 1000m in 3:37.73 at the Utica Holiday Classic (1/15/22).

AS A JUNIOR (2021 XC): Finished 8k in 37:27 at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/24/21).

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21): Did not compete.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Did not compete.

AS A FRESHMAN (2019 Outdoor): Finished 1500m in 5:04.10 at AIC (4/6/19).

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19 Indoor): Completed 1000m in 3:04.84 at Utica (2/2/19)...Ran the mile in 5:21.82 at Utica the previous weekend (1/26/19).

AS A FRESHMAN (2018 XC): Finished 8k in 30:57.06 at NE10 Championships (11/4/18).

HIGH SCHOOL: Also competed in wrestling for the Patriots.
