GENERAL: Hard worker that will compete for time in the middle of the team’s lineup…Best sports moment was tossing 9.0 innings to lead Harpursville to the 2010 Midstate Athletic Conference (MAC) title…Has a cousin, Greg, who ran track at Bucknell…Favorite movies is “Home Alone”…Favorite food is chicken parmesan…Said his parents have influenced him the most throughout his lifetime.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Posted an 85.2 stroke average while playing all 17 rounds across nine events…Started the year with a two-round 169 (81-88) at the Southern New Hampshire Penmen Invitational (9/24-25/12) to claim 23rd place…Finished 49th at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (9/30-10/1/12) after a two-day score of 170 (83-87)…Low round of the year came during day one at the American International College/Adelphi Invite (10/20-21/12) behind a 77 to finish the event at 157 (77-80)…Scored a 165 (81-84) at the Mike Bello Invitational (4/14-15/13)…Turned in an 80 one-round score to lead the Golden Knights to first place at the Sage Invitational (4/20/13)…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Recorded an 84.1 stroke average throughout 11 rounds…Carded a 79 at the rain shortened Dowling Southern Swing Invitational (3/3-4/12) that put him in a tie for seventh among 53 individuals…Was subsequently named the NE-10 Athlete of the Week (3/5/12)…Contributed his best 36-hole outing of the year behind a 163 (85-78) at the River Hawk Invitational (4/14-15/12)…His 78 in round two was a season-low…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Saw action in seven rounds and four events during his rookie season…Was fourth on the team with an 82.6 scoring average…Shot an 80 in his debut, which put him 22nd out of 39 entries at the Saint Rose Fall Shootout (9/16/10)…Registered his best 36-hole performance at the Mike Bello Invitational (4/8-9/10)…Wound up tied for 21st among 66 individuals with a 159 (78-81)…Also fired an 80 in the second round of the AIC Invitational (4/19/11)…Named to the spring NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in recognition of academic excellence.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year captain of the golf and basketball teams at Harpursville…Also played baseball…Named MVP of the golf squad four times…Qualified for sectional play on four occasions as well…Helped lead the Hornets to the 2009 MAC Championship…Graduated as the school’s all-time leader in 3-point field goals…Garnered team MVP honors in baseball…Led Harpursville to the 2010 MAC Championship after tossing nine innings in the title game…Member of the National Honor Society.
