AS A SOPHOMORE: Was the team’s first option off the bench for most of the year although he did make six starts, including the team’s two NCAA Tournament games…Scored 11.0 points throughout an average of 26.3 minutes of playing time on the year…Wound up 11th in the NE-10 with 2.13, 3-pointers per-game…Was in double-figures scoring 15 times…Tossed in a career-high 25 points, on a 5-for-7 shooting effort from the arc, in an 87-72 win versus UPR-Rio Piedras (11/23/07)…Went 8-for-13 from the floor and 4-for-8 from long range on the way to a 22 point performance in a 75-73 victory versus Holy Family (12/22/07).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four year starter at Perth Amboy where he closed out his career as the third all-time leading scorer in school history with 1,561 points…Set a Middlesex County record with 256 career 3-pointers…Also established a single-season standard with 113 treys five years ago when he paced the county and finished second in the state with 30.1 ppg…Was a three-time “Red Division” Greater Middlesex Conference All-Star…Chosen a third-team All-Area pick as a junior and garnered second-team accolades as a senior…Played for John Mazurek…Also played baseball.
GENERAL: Played AAU ball for the Jersey Jammers and the Linden Flames…Listed Allen Iverson, Chris Paul and Pete Maravich as the athletes he most admires…Would like to play professionally and possibly pursue a career in the Navy following his graduation from Saint Rose…Said his family members are the people who have had the most influence on him…Worked as a park counselor in his hometown and also did some construction work this past summer…Also worked as a coach at the Saint Rose basketball camp…Has a brother who played baseball at Saint Peter’s College…Said the Golden Knights’ comeback from 12 down with less than two minutes remaining against Pace University in an NE-10 semifinal game two years ago has been his sports moment to date…Favorite food is pasta and chicken…Favorite musician is Jay-Z.

Over the course of his career he has improved in every single category. As a returning All-League player, we expect him to set the tone for our program as we move forward this season. We look for him to provide senior leadership and set the bar high for the underclassmen to follow.”
