GENERAL: Team captain…Three-time Northeast-10 Conference 200-yard breaststroke champion…Holds the meet record in that event…School record holder in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes…Part of the school record holding 200 and 400 medley relay teams.
 
AS A SENIOR: Named the NE10 Swimmer of the Week (12/10/19) after recording the conference’s fastest times on the season in the 50 and 200 breaststrokes at the Gompei Invitational (12/6-8/19), touching in 30.48 and 2:20.05 respectively…Also honored as the NE10 Swimmer of the Week (11/12/19) following first place finishes in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes versus Rensselaer and SUNY Oneonta (11/10/19)…Won the 200 breaststroke in 2:20.64 at the NE10 Championships, marking the third consecutive year in which she touched first in that event…Also posted the top time in The College of Saint Rose history in the 100 breaststroke at the NE10 Championships (2/8/20), eclipsing the meet record behind a 1:03.88 performance…Finished only 0.45 seconds behind the winner who had to record the fastest time in NE10 history to out-touch her…Set another Saint Rose record as a member of the third place 200 medley relay team that finished in 1:48.10 at the NE10 Championships (2/8/20)…Took first place in the 100 breaststroke at five different competitions…Twice named to the NE10 weekly honor roll (11/26/19 and 1/28/20)…Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Won the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:19.38 at the NYU Last Chance Meet (2/23/19) and also touched first in the 100 breaststroke with a 1:04.13 clocking…Both of those times were the fastest in school history for each event…Broke the 200 breast meet record at the NE10 Championships (2/7-9/19) with a winning time of 2:19.58…Swam the second legs for the 200 and 400 medley relay teams that set program records of 1:48.76 and 3:57.60 at that meet…Twice named to the NE10 weekly honor roll (12/5/18 and 1/16/19)...Chosen to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Swam a winning 200 breaststroke time of 2:22.32 at the NE10 Championships (2/8/18) and finished fourth in the 100 breast behind a 1:06.60 clocking…Member of the 400 medley relay team that touched fifth in 3:59.95 at the NE10 Championships (2/9/18)…Took second in the 100 breast with a time of 1:07.56 and touched third in the 200 behind a 2:25.17 performance at the Gompei Invitational (12/1-2/18)…Named to NE10 weekly honor roll (11/6/17) after finishing second in both the 100 and 200 breaststrokes with respective times of 1:10.33 and 2:31.40 in a dual meet at Bentley…Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Member of the 3x200 team that went 3:42.46 for second place at the Hartwick Relays (10/15/16)...Part of the winning 200 free relay quartet that touched the wall in 1:48.68 against Skidmore (12/10/16)...Completed the 100 butterfly in 1:17.07 and the 1000 free in 12:22.78 on the same day...Clocked in at 59.74 in the 100 free at Adelphi (1/15/17)...Touched the wall in 5:48.38 in the 500 free at Saint Michael's (1/22/17)...Completed the 100 back in 1:11.55 at the Gompei Invitational (12/2/16)...Finished the 100 breast in 1:08.12 and the 200 breast in 2:28.68 at the NE10 Championships (2/16/17)...Clocked in at 2:20.07 in the 200 individual medley at the meet...Named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Swam for both the New Hartford High School and Clinton Cudas club teams.
