ABOUT WILSON: Is an outstanding leader…Solid all-around frontcourt player who brings a great deal of energy to the table…Spent the 2007-08 season at St. Thomas More Prep in Connecticut where was the team captain…Averaged 11.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists for a squad that finished 25-8…The team had 11 players on its roster that went on to play college basketball.

AS A JUNIOR (2012-13): Appeared in 20 games and made a pair of starts…Averaged 1.5 points and 1.5 rebounds throughout 10.3 minutes of playing time…Had a season high six points, on 3-for-6 shooting from the floor, to go with six rebounds and four assists in a 66-60 setback to visiting Southern Connecticut State (1/5/13)…Followed that up with another six point effort during an 88-78 defeat versus Saint Anselm (1/9/13).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12): Made 12 starts and appeared in all 26 games…Averaged 1.8 points and 2.5 rebounds throughout 18.8 minutes of playing time…Tossed in a career-high eight points in a 97-83 setback to visiting LIU Post (11/13/11)…Pulled down a career-best nine rebounds in an 80-73 overtime loss at New Haven (11/16/11)…Had six points, on 3-for-3 shooting, and six boards in a 60-55 loss at Assumption (12/6/11).

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-09): Appeared in 24 contests…Averaged 2.3 points and 2.9 rebounds…Shot 51.0 percent (26-for-51) from the floor…Had a season-high seven points to go with four rebounds during a 74-61 setback at LIU Post (12/29/08)…Had six points, six boards and a season-best six assists during an 86-80, overtime victory versus Pace (1/31/09).

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead St. Dominic to back-to-back Long Island Catholic League Championships…Team’s Most Improved Award now bears his name…Named Co-MVP of the IS8 Summer League in 2006…Was a co-captain for both the basketball and baseball squads…Played basketball for Rob Pavinelli.

GENERAL: Listed Pete Maravich and Derek Jeter as the athletes he most admires…Said his family members are the people who have had the greatest impact on him…Mentioned that he is a big Yankees fan…His favorite movie is “The Shawshank Redemption”…Favorite food is chicken parmesan…Said his best sport moments to date have been his two high school championships.
