GENERAL: Team captain…Mentioned that her older sister is someone is who has had a great deal influence on her…Said that U.S. Olympians Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky are the athlete she most admires…Enjoys knitting and dancing on the pool deck…Aspires to earn her master’s degree and become an elementary school teacher…Board member for the club “Outside the [Box}” and is also a campus tour guide and resident assistant…Said that stepping on the podium after the mile at the 2014 Northeast-10 Conference Championships has been one of her best sports moment to date.
 
AS A JUNIOR: Swam nine different events throughout the year…Had 12, top-three performances on the year…Also won three races including the 100 fly in 1:06.07 at Skidmore (11/15/14) and the 1000 free with a time of 11:20.23 versus Bentley (11/9/14)…Swam a season-best 1:15.42 to finish second in the 100-yard breaststroke at Saint Michael’s (1/10/15)…Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters in recognition of academic excellence.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE: Recorded 15 finishes in the top-three throughout six different events…Finished third in the 1,650-yard freestyle behind a 18:04.52 clocking at the Nortehast-10 Championships (2/6/14-2/9/14)…Won both the 500 and 1000 freestyles versus Le Moyne (11/23/13) with respective times of 5:33.84 and 11:22.10…Also took the top spot in 500 and 1000 free at Bentley (1/12/14) in respective times 5:32.62 and 11:21.37…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN: Participated in 11 different events throughout the year with six, first place finishes, including three in the 500 freestyle…Touched the wall first at Skidmore (11/10/12) in the 1,650 free behind a time of 18:54.79…Took first after a 11:29.68 clocking in the 1,000 free at Le Moyne (11/17/12)…Won both the 500 free and the 200 IM at Saint Michael’s (1/12/13) with times of 5:39.51 and 2:23.83 respectively…Won the 500 free versus Bentley (1/13/13) and Adelphi (1/19/13) with times of 5:37.59 and 5:37.08…Named to the NE-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-time Massachusetts Division I Swimming Champion for Marilyn Fitzgerald…Four-time Merrimack Valley Conference All-Star…Merrimack Valley Conference Rookie of the Year as a freshman…Was named the most improved athlete as a sophomore…Swam club for Crimson Aquatics and coach Mike Spring…Achieved High Honor Roll academically all four years of her high school career.
