GENERAL: Also a member of the Saint Rose cross country team…Works for a catering company in the Hamptons during the summer months…Best sports moment was winning the Suffolk County Championships…Enjoys playing the guitar and listening to music…Favorite movie is “Back to the Future” and favorite food is chicken cutlet…Has a pair of cousins who played football and lacrosse at C.W. Post.

AS A FRESHMAN: Part of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships (2/8/12) with a time of 11:21.46…Finished 13th at the NE-10 Championships in the 5,000 meters behind a time of 15:45.07…Ran a 9:14.39 in the 3,000 meters for 24th place at the Tufts Stampede (2/4/12)…Took home third place at the Springfield Invitational (4/21/12) on a 16:39.73 performance in the 5,000 meters…Finished 10th in the same distance at the NE-10 Outdoor Championships, running a 16:10.42.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Connetquot…Twice garnered All-Suffolk County honors in cross country…Helped lead the T-Birds to the 2010 Suffolk County Championship and was an All-Star selection…Also an All-League performer in track…Received the Sportsmanship Award in cross country and the Coaches Award in both sports…Was a Gold Key Award winner in recognition of outstanding achievement in graphic design and independent study.
