MANCHESTER, N.H.- The College of Saint Rose softball team was shutout twice today at Southern New Hampshire. The Golden Knights were limited to two hits in the 1-0 victory for the Penmen in the opener, followed by a four-hit team effort in the 2-0 setback in game two.

Madison Chandler added one hit apiece in the finale.
Junior left fielder Ali Farrier provided an RBI-single in the bottom of the fourth to generate the only run for SNHU in the first game of the day. Farrier singled again in fourth inning of game two to plate the only two runs of the contest for the Penman.
The Golden Knights stay in Manchester to face Saint Anselm in a twin bill beginning at 1:00 pm tomorrow afternoon. Southern New Hampshire is in action as well tomorrow, as the Penmen welcome Le Moyne for a doubleheader.
