ALBANY, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose women's basketball team earned a 63-50 Northeast-10 Conference win over Franklin Pierce inside Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium tonight. The Golden Knights pulled ahead early and never trailed on the way to their third consecutive victory.

Payton Graber and junior forward
Maddisyn Mahoney tallied 19 points apiece for Saint Rose. Graber added seven rebounds, four assists, four steals, and a block, while Mahoney would also provide five boards, three assists, and a steal.Â

Aniya McDonald-Perry had nine points and game-high 11 rebounds. McDonald-Perry and freshman forward
Ariana Kupi were active defensively with two steals each.
The Golden Knights score 16 of the first 23 points to take a commanding lead in the first period. Saint Rose would own a 39-30 lead at halftime after shooting 51.6 percent (16-of-31) from the floor over the first 20 minutes.Â
Saint Rose swiped six steals and limited the Ravens to 5-of-23 shooting (21.7 percent) in the second half to cement the triumph.
Next up, the Golden Knights hit the road to Southern Connecticut State on Saturday afternoon in New Haven, Conn. Tip-off is set for 1:30 pm. Franklin Pierce is in action as well on Saturday at home versus American International.
