SYRACUSE, N.Y.- The College of Saint Rose tipped off the 2023-24 season with a preseason exhibition tonight versus Syracuse in the JMA Wireless Dome.
Junior forward Ata Turgot led all players with 23 points and 12 rebounds this evening. Turgot shot 9-of-16 from the floor and was good on 4-of-6 attempts from three.

Nuha Sagnia landed in double-figures as well with 10 points apiece for the Golden Knights.Â

Jabari Phillip Jr. each tallied two steals, while sophomore guard
Latiek Briscoe paced with offense with six assists.
The Golden Knights will look ahead to their season-opening tournament on November 11 and 12 in Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium.
