FLUSHING, N.Y.- Head Coach Laurie Darling Gutheil of The College of Saint Rose recorded the 400th win of her career in tonight's 4-1 victory at Queens College. With the victory, Coach Darling Gutheil joins the ranks of a mere 30 coaches to reach the 400-victory mark across women's collegiate soccer.
Graduate student midfielder
Janina Mueller and senior back Caylee Borse tallied goals in the first half to supply Saint Rose with the early advantage. The #11-nationally ranked Golden Knight also benefited from an own goal by Queens College in the first half to take a 3-0 lead into intermission.
Senior forward
Kaelyn Britt registered the lone goal in the second-half goal for Saint Rose (11-0-3), marking her team-leading sixth strike of the season.
Forward Julia Ragone recorded the only goal of the evening for Queens College (2-9-1) with 23 minutes remaining.
Looking forward, the Golden Knights return to NE10 action to host Pace on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm.

Notes: The Golden Knights landed at #11 in this week's United Soccer Coaches National Poll…Saint Rose has outscored its 14 foes 33-8, including 20-2 in the first half, and has held an opponent to one goal or fewer throughout 13 of its 14 matches…In fact, the Golden Knights have allowed just eight goals all year…They have also generated 113 corner kicks while yielding 44…13 different players have found the back of the net…Saint Rose now stands second in the NE10 with a 0.54 team goals-against-average and is tied for first in the conference with 29 goals…Britt is tied for first in the league with six goals…Klammer is tied for third with five assists, while Bozic paces the conference with a 0.42 GAA and an 0.884 save percentage.
