WEST HAVEN, Conn. – The College of Saint Rose dropped both ends of this afternoon's Northeast-10 Conference doubleheader at streaking New Haven. The Chargers, now winners of eight-straight games, won 4-0 and 4-3.

New Haven (14-4/9-3 NE10) scored all four of its runs in the opener during the fifth. Junior infielder Nahtali Simpson plated three with a double to highlight the rally.
Sophomore infielder
McKenna Ryan was 2-for-3 to lead the Saint Rose bats in the setback.

The Chargers got started quickly in the nightcap, putting a pair across in the first. UNH added runs in the second and third.

Saint Rose (3-11/3-11 NE10) scored its three runs in the fifth. Senior infielder
Savanna Liverio-Tyler had the big hit of the outburst, singling home a pair with two outs.

Sophomore infielder/outfielder
Colette Cohen went 2-for-3 with a run scored, while sophomore outfielder
Ciana Phillips was 1-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.

UNH junior right-hander/centerfielder Ava Fitzmaurice was a two-way threat in the twin-bill. She tossed a complete game three-hitter in the opener and had two hits, including a solo homer, in the second game.
