Sophomore swing
Cartier Bowman pulled down 12 boards and added seven points in just 25 minutes, while sophomore guard
Sean Dadey tossed in a career best 10 points in 17 minutes of action.
"I thought our guys played with a real sense of urgency tonight and stayed the course against a very physical AIC team. We got contributions from a bunch of different guys. Eric, Josh and Shane gave us a huge effort offensively and I thought Cartier really gave us a big lift cleaning up 12 boards today. We need to continue to get better and work at the things we need to improve upon," said head coach
Mike Perno.
Saint Rose broke open a four point, 65-61, game with 9:23 to play behind a 20-6 jaunt to go up 18, 85-67, with 3:31 remaining. Alexander ignited the spurt by finishing a driving layup and Fleming led it by scoring eight points throughout the run in which the Golden Knights made nine of their 12 field goal attempts.

Junior guard Walter Covington scored 15 points to lead the Yellow Jackets (0-3), who were playing for the first time since January 30.
