WALTHAM, Mass. - The College of Saint Rose dropped tonight's Northeast-10 Conference game at nationally-ranked Bentley 76-56. The host Falcons, ranked No. 20 in this week's D2SIDA national poll and receiving votes in the NABC Coaches' national poll, took control early, beginning the contest on a 23-7 run.

Sophomore guard
Becca Townes topped the Golden Knights (7-10/2-8 NE10) with 17 points on 7-of-15 shooting. Junior forward
Nina Fedullo, who was named to Monday's NE10 weekly honor roll, added 15 points.
Sophomore guard Kari Brekke led Bentley (14-4/9-1 NE10), now 7-0 at home, with 18 points. Senior center Monica Viapiano tossed in a "double-double" of 14 points and ten rebounds.
Looking ahead, Saint Rose hosts Southern New Hampshire on Saturday at 1:30 pm. Fans that are unable to make it to Daniel P. Nolan Gymnasium for "Coaches vs. Cancer" Day can watch all the action live on the
NE10 NOW Network. Meanwhile, Bentley plays at American International on Saturday at 1:30 pm.                                             Â
Notes: Fedullo now tops the Golden Knights with 12.7 points per-game...The junior, who ranks fifth in the conference with 8.8 rebounds per-game, has averaged 14.6 points and 9.3 boards across the last nine games.
