Laurie Darling Gutheil her 300th win with tonight's 6-0 triumph against visiting Holy Family. Darling Gutheil is now one of only seven active NCAA Division II mentors to have reached that milestone.
The third-ranked Golden Knights (2-0) dominated throughout as senior forward
Silvana Giovannone scored the game winner just 1:32 in. Saint Rose scored three more times within a 15 minute span to take a 4-0 lead at intermission and then tacked on two more in the second period.

Amanda Vasquez had a goal and an assist to spearhead the attack. Freshman forward

Looking ahead, Saint Rose is back home Wednesday to host Roberts Wesleyan at 6:00 pm. Meanwhile, the Tigers (1-1) will host Central Atlantic Athletic Conference rival Nyack next Saturday at 12:00 pm.
