GOLDEN KNIGHTS FALL AT ROBERTS WESLEYAN

ROCHESTER, NY-Host Roberts Wesleyan scored eight unanswered goals to upend The College of Saint Rose, which played primarily reserves, 8-1 in non-conference action tonight.
 
The Redhawks (5-3-2) scored three times within a 12-minute span early in the first half to put themselves in control. Junior forward Joshua Hanif accounted for the Golden Knights (4-4-1) strike on a bicycle kick off a pass from junior midfielder Lewis Achu in the fourth minute.
 
Looking ahead, the Golden Knights are back on the road Saturday with a 2:00 pm match at Northeast-10 Conference rival Assumption in Worcester, MA. Meanwhile, the Redhawks are home Friday for a 7:30 pm meeting with Molloy.
