Shaver contributed three winning efforts in a 125-104 setback versus Southern Connecticut State on Saturday afternoon. He swam a 10:20.31 to come away victorious in the 1,000-yard freestyle. He also took the 200 backstroke in 2:03.50, just two seconds off his own personal record. Finally, Shaver anchored the 400 free relay squad that hit the wall in 3:21.62.
