Cowan went 2-0 last week and did not allow a goal in more than 164 minutes of action. She made one save throughout the first 74:20 of a 3-0 win at Le Moyne College to close out the 2009 regular season on Wednesday. Cowan then turned aside eight shots-on-target while picking up her fifth clean sheet of the year in a 1-0 Northeast-10 Conference Quarterfinal win versus the University of New Haven on Sunday. Cowan finished with a combined nine saves throughout the week and a perfect 1.000 save percentage.
