“Andrew is a great leader for the younger guys because of his work ethic and performance on the field. He is consistent in his daily approach and his hard work has made him a great hitter and one of the toughest outs at the plate that I have ever seen.  He was having a great start this spring and will continue to succeed because of his relentless desire to be the best and get the most out of his talent.  It’s been a pleasure to see him grow as a player and person over the last four years.  He’s been a key contributor in the growth of our program on and off the field,” said Coach Jones.
